Season Sponsor Program

Team sports inspire our children to reach for goals by learning to work with others.  It establishes the values of volunteerism, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.  Bloomingdale Youth Sports Association (BYSA) is proud to play an important role in this community by helping to provide our boys and girls with an outlet of healthy activity and training in these areas.  You and your business can help be a part of this by becoming a sponsor.

BYSA would like to offer the opportunity for you to become involved at our park.  There is a tiered sponsorship package available that allows you to support the organization at a variety of levels (details below).  BYSA is dependent on donations from companies like yours to afford our local children the benefit of participating in organized youth sports.  It is important to note, the fees charged to our kids for participation does not fully cover all the expenses we incur throughout the season, so it is vital for us to receive additional funds through company sponsorships.

Sponsorships are the life blood of our program, especially with county cutbacks in funding.  Your sponsorship helps fund the cost of:

Uniforms (over $45,000 per year)

Equipment (over $10,000 per year)

Field Maintenance (over $70,000 per year)

Trophies and Medals (over $5,000 per year)

Our programs typically see more than 800 boys and girls registered for our spring season, more than 650 for our fall season, and nearly 200 during the All-Star season.  In addition, the park hosts several Advanced Baseball and Softball events throughout the year and supports close to 50 Bambino Buddy Ball participants.  Thus, your sponsorship would advertise your business to a significant number of people.

BYSA is dedicated to building character, courage and loyalty by providing a fun, safe and respectful program for our community.  We hope you’ll consider being part of this program.

Levels of Sponsorship

Grand Slam -- $2000/year

• Each of our 8 fields will feature a 4x6 sign.
• Two (2) metal signs at the center of the park.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Company name on the back of at least 4 team jerseys during Spring Season and 4 team jerseys during Fall Season.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

Home Run -- $1500/year

• Four fields will feature a 4x6 signs or placed in high traffic areas.
• One (1) metal sign at the center of the park.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Company name on the back of at least 3 team jerseys during Spring Season and 3 team jerseys during Fall Season.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

Triple -- $1000/year

• Three fields will feature a 4x6 signs or placed in high traffic areas.
• One (1) metal sign at the center of the park.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Company name on the back of at least 3 team jerseys during Spring Season and 2 team jerseys during Fall Season.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

Double -- $750/year

• Two fields will feature a 4x6 signs or placed in high traffic areas.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Company name on the back of at least 2 team jerseys during Spring Season and 2 team jerseys during Fall Season.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

Base Hit -- $500/yr

• One field will feature a 4x6 sign or placed in high traffic area.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Company name on the back of at least 1 team jerseys during Spring Season and 1 team jerseys during Fall Season.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

Bunt -- $250/year

• One field will feature a 4x6 sign or placed in high traffic area.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.

All-Star, Advanced Baseball & Xtreme Softball -- $250/season

• A 4x6 banner on field of sponsored team.
• Company logo on team banner that travels to tournaments.
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Team specific sponsorship.

Scoreboards (8) -- $1500/year for a three-year commitment

• Your 3x4 metal sign will be featured on one of our eight scoreboards.  (First come, first serve)
• Sponsorship banner and company information featured on our website.
• Three (3) year commitment; fee paid annually.
• Once per season, you may come to the park to pass out promotional material, if desired.
